Terms and Conditions

By installing the application and processing online fees to our institute you are agreeing the following terms and conditions.

1. The app requires a sound internet connection to allow it to function properly.
2. The application will be accessed on a single device for a single user account only. This device does not allow mutiple device access for a single account.
3. You accept the system generated App Notifications / SMS(s) / Emails sent from this website/application to the mobile number / Email ID provided.
4. The accounts will be valid for a one financial year once registered.
5. Fee needs to be paid on Monthly basis within the 5th day of each month.
6. Late fine may be applicable if the fee is not paid within the due date.
7. The Fee of September & October will be paid in September AND that of February & March to be paid in February only.
8. No selective/concessional payments will be entertained.
9. The fee may be revised without any prior notice.
10. Access to the content will be allowed only on valid accounts with no monthly payments due.
11. The institute reserves the right to suspend/remove any account without any prior notice or explanation.
12. The resources, videos or files accessible in the app are the sole property of  PPC's Centre for English Language and Literature and may not be reproduced, copied or stored without prior permission elsewhere even for personal use.
13. The users agree to not use any kind of obscene, offensive, derogatory messages, images, phrases, characters or words in their discussion posts or queries in the app.

Online Payment Policy

By using the Online Fee Payment System, you agree to the following:

• The information provided by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand that Our App reserves the right to change/modify the rules and regulations relating to admission to the courses conducted by it from time to time and you agree to abide by the same.
• You authorize PPC e-Learning App to charge your Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank account towards the fee as per the authorization given by you in the Online Payment Form
• You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes relating to PPC e-Learning App is Siliguri, West Bengal
• PPC e-Learning App will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you from use of the services on this online application.
